Career Guidance Programme

RDCCPS College organised a Career Guidance Programme to help students gain a better understanding of the various career opportunities and pathways available to them. The session was conducted by Dr. S. Balusamy, SEBI Smart Trainer, who provided valuable insights and practical guidance on career planning and professional development, higher education, and employment opportunities. Students were encouraged to identify their interests, strengths, and abilities and make informed decisions about their future careers. The session also highlighted the importance of developing communication skills, technical knowledge, and professional competencies to succeed in today’s competitive environment.
